Take shrimp and divide it in half. Pulse half part of the shrimp in a food processor and grind it until very finely chopped. Transfer it to a mixing bowl. Take the remaining half of the shrimp and chop it coarsely and keep it aside.

Add egg, bread crumbs, onion, Coriander, jalapeno, and garlic in the grinding jar and process to make a smooth paste. Scrape everything out in the mixing bowl.
