Tips to make Buffalo Sauce:
- You can choose your favorite hot sauce for this recipe.
- If Worcestershire sauce is not available, you can take soya sauce instead.
Take a saucepan and put it over medium heat. Add the hot sauce, unsalted butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and garlic powder in it and mix it well.
Make sure to Stir it occasionally so the sauce may not stick at the bottom of the pan. Once you see the butter melting , keep the heat on low flame and let the mixture simmer on low heat.
Once the sauce comes to boil, switch off the flame and let it cool down for a while.
After 10 minutes, once the sauce is cooled, add salt as per taste, and whisk the sauce well. It will thicken once it gets cool. Serve it with your fav dish and enjoy.
