A healthy cauliflower pizza Crust is generally made of fatty, flavorful cheese. The crust is made of cauliflower along with some Parmesan cheese. This delicious pizza recipe is completely gluten-free and tastes 100 times better than normal gluten-free pizza crust. It is very easy to prepare this style of pizza and can be frozen for later use.
Tips to Make A Cauliflower Pizza Crust
- Add homemade marinara sauce on top of the crust to make it flavourful.
Firstly, Preheat the oven at 450 degrees Celsius.
Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Transfer these cauliflower florets in a food processor with s-blade and pulse it to get a ‘rice’ like coarse texture. Do these in batches in case you own a small food processor.
Now, transfer this cauliflower powder into a microwaveable bowl and cover it loosely with paper towel. Microwave it for 5 minutes and after that scrape out this snow-like fine powder on a paper towel to soak the moisture.
Transfer dried cabbage to a mixing bowl. Combine basil, oregano, garlic, parmesan, and mozzarella and mix everything well. Roll it into a ball of dough
Take the dough and flatten the dough carefully on the parchment paper using your hands. Shape it properly as desired and spray it with cooking spray. Bake this dough for 15 minutes. Flip it and bake it for 5 minutes more if needed in order to make it more crispy.
Add pizza sauce, toppings and cheese on the baked pizza crust and bake it for about 7-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and it turns into light brown. . Remove from the oven and serve it hot.
