What is Chicken Alfredo Burgers Recipe & How to make?

This Alfredo chicken recipe is juicy, healthy and moist in which chicken breast is breaded with flavorful crumbs and seasoned with Italian sauces and topped with sun dried tomatoes, spinach and delicious Alfredo sauce. This burger recipe is simple and easy, and delicious to cook.

Special tips to make Chicken Alfredo Burgers

  • You can add Alfredo sauce in the pan as well while cooking patties and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes so patties can absorb the flavor.
  • Feel free to add condiments and toppings of your choice in the recipe. We have shallow fried the patties in a pan, you may grill or bake it in the oven.
  • Put patties in the fridge for 10 minutes after shaping.

Take a large mixing bowl and add ground chicken, garlic paste, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, and Italian seasoning in the mixing bowl. Sprinkle some salt and pepper in it.

Knead this mixture well and shape this mixture into 4 patties of around 1 inch thick and 4 inches wide.

Add 2 tbsp of oil in a large iron skillet and heat it on a medium flame. Add patties on the skillet and allow it to cook for 5-7 minutes per side. Flip the side once done and add cheese on these patties.

Cook these patties till these patties turn golden brown. Once it is cooked and cheese is melted, transfer these patties into a platter.

To make Alfredo sauce, add butter in the same skillet in which patties were fried and allow it to melt. Add 1 tsp of garlic and cook until it becomes aromatic. Add flour and combine it well. Once it is well mixed, pour milk and allow it to simmer for till boil on low flame Add grated Parmesan cheese and cream cheese in the skillet and let it melt for 2 more minutes. Season this sauce with salt and ground black pepper. Once done, transfer this sauce into a bowl.

Toast the buns on the skillet and apply sauce over the bottoms of the buns and place patties on it. Put a dollop of sauce on the patties as well and top it with baby spinach and dry tomatoes. Add grated
