Instead of enchiladas sauce, you can also tomato sauce and taco sauce for this recipe.
To begin with the recipe, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Take medium-sized skillet or pan and heat it on high flame. Combine chicken into the skillet and cook it until the pinkness of the meat goes away. Also, drain the excess fat from it if any. Cut the chicken into small pieces and place it aside.
In the same skillet add cheddar cheese and let it melt on high heat. Once melted, add onions, sour cream, parsley, and chicken pieces into it. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on it and mix well. Combine tomato sauce, red chilli powder, green chilli, minced garlic and water into the pan and mix well. Once onions become translucent and chicken is half cooked, remove the pan from the heat.
