1 quart (32 oz) Chickenbroth or bone broth

What is Chines Meatball Soup and how to make it?
If you know about the Chinese cuisine, Chinese meatball soup is the most essential one in their dinner as they believe that soup is the healthiest. You can use any of the meat in this recipe, but pork will add a delectable taste in this soup. Usually, Chinese meatball soup can be made with any type of meat but if pork meatballs make it extra delicious and can bring your mouth to water without any extra efforts.
Tips to Make Chines Meatball Soup
- You can also add noodles in this recipe as per your liking.
- We have used Pork meat in this recipe but you can take any meat of your choice for making the delicious meatballs.
To start with the recipe, empty the broth can into a large pot and place it on low heat. Let it simmer for some time and then combine grate ginger in it.
Take a medium sized bowl and combine ground meat, minced garlic, thyme, egg and parsley in it and mix well. Further season it with salt and pepper as per taste
Knead the dough very well and form small balls with your hands out of this dough. The meatballs should be a bit smaller than golf balls). Once done, transfer these meatballs into the simmering broth and let it come to a bowl. Cook the bowl and the broth for about 10-15 minutes.
You can check the doneness of meatballs by cutting one in half and see if it has cooked through.
Keep the consistency of the broth as per your liking. Once cooked, add fresh cilantro and serve it hot.
