Guacamole is a spicy Mexican dip prepared with mashed avocado and a variety of seasonings including onions, garlic, pepper and sea salt. Guacamole dip is often used as a condiment or an ingredient in the various recipes. In a Guacamole burger recipe, A Burger is mainly infused with multiple seasonings and topped with guacamole paste.
Tips to Make Guacamole Burger
- Select an avocado that is darker in color since avocado turns dark when ripen. Don’t take overmatured avocado.
- You can add jalapenos or other ingredients in the recipe for topping as per your desire.
- You can add chili in the guacamole dip for some extra bite.
Instructions to follow for this recipe
Preheat a grill or heat some oil in a skillet. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, paprika, chili powder, cumin powder, oregano, dry mustard, ground pepper, and salt. Mix all the ingredients well and form 4 patties out of this mixture.
Put these patties on grill or in the hot skillet and cook it for around 5-7 minutes on each side. Once it turns brown as cooked as desired, transfer it into a platter and cover it with foil.
Making Guacamole
Take a mixing bowl and diced avocado, tomatoes, chopped onions, cilantro, garlic paste, and lime juice. Mix it all. Lastly, add some salt and pepper as per taste and stir well. Your Guacamole dip is ready. Put it aside for further use.
Assembling Burger
Cut your burgers in half and grill them until lightly brown. Place down your bottom buns and layer it lettuce leaves, tomato slices, cooked burger patties and top it with cheese slices, a dollop of guacamole paste and cover it with the top bun. Serve it instantly with a sauce of your choice.
