What is the Lamb Burger Recipe and how to make Lamb Burger?
Lamb burgers make a great alternative to beef burgers and are full of flavors. These delicious burgers are made of using minced lamb, which is first cooked in pepper and spices and then turned into patties. Lamb burgers are very easy to prepare and can be eaten at any time. It can be better served with any nice sweet dip or any drink of your choice.

- You can make the patties in advance and put it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This will save your time.you
- Lamb patties can be grilled and baked in the oven as well. Just preheat the grill or oven and cook patties till it turns brown in color. The patties should be cooked properly from the center.
Take a medium bowl, put together onion, garlic, parsley, mint leaves, mustard, Worcestershire or soy sauce, salt, cumin powder, pepper and egg in it. Add the lamb and mix it well using your hands.
Shape this mixture into four patties. Press around 1 tbsp of cheese into the center of each patty and roll it into balls and then give them a shape of flat patty into 3 inches wide and 1-inch thick. Place these patties in the refrigerator until 30 minutes.
Heat a large -iron skillet on medium heat, then add the butter in it. Let the butter melt and place the cold lamb patties in the skillet. Cook until brown from each side. It will take around 5-7 minutes. Later cover it in the foil and keep aside.
Place the cut side of burger bun in the skillet and toast it till light brown.
