Made with ground beef, ground pork, these meatballs are very delicious. You can put them in a sandwich or add on pasta top or dish them up a finer food snack or serve as a main dish, this meatball recipe is so versatile.
Tips to make Pioneer woman meatball
- You can take any ground meat as per your choice, in this recipe, we have taken two types of ground meats to bring delicious tastes into the recipe.
Mix meat, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley and milk in a pan. Mix everything very well and roll them in small balls of 1 ½ inch and place them on a cookie sheet.
Fry them in oil till they turn brown over medium to high heat.
In a pot add oil, and sauté onions and garlic and cook them for a few minutes, add whole tomatoes, crush tomatoes and wine, add salt, pepper, sugar and parsley. Stir well and boil over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Add meatballs and on low heat boil them for 30 minutes.
Serve it over cooked spaghetti with basil leaf and Parmesan cheese from top.
