So here is our special recipe of Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Cookies which are very soft, thick and chewy and completely gluten-free. Making these cookies recipes at home is very convenient and using simple ingredients.

To start with the recipe, firstly, Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Arrange parchment paper in a rimmed baking sheet and set aside.

In a large sized bowl, add all the dry ingredients including flour, xanthan gum,cocoa powder, baking soda, cornstarch, salt, and sugar in it. Whisk all the ingredients together to combine well.

Now, add softened butter, shortening, vanilla extract, eggs, vinegar and gel food coloring into the mixture and whisk well.

6 tbsp unsalted Butter
5 tbsp shortening ( non hydrogenated vegetable )
1 tsp Apple (cider vinegar)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 Egg (1 egg yolk at room temperature, beaten)
1 cup white chocolate chips
