A salmon burger recipes is a kind of fish cake made from salmon fish in hamburger. They are made up of nicely cooked salmon fillet topped with fresh dill, lemon juice, and minced shallots. Cut three-quarters of the salmon fish into 1/4-inch pieces and place it in a large bowl. Chop the rest of the salmon into medium chunks and transfer it into a food processor. Aldo add mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest and red chilli flakes into it and process it to make a smooth paste.

In a baking sheet, place parchment paper and brush it with olive oil. Arrange the salmon mixture into 4 portions on this parchment paper form 4 patties which should 4-inch-wide, 3/4-inch-thick. Cover it loosely with foil wrap and refrigerate at least half an hour.

Spread the remaining panko or breadcrumbs on a plate. Press each side of the salmon patties in this panko or breadcrumbs and . Heat some oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the patties in it and cook until browned for about 3 to 4 minutes. you can adjust the heat if necessary. flip the side and cook until the other side is browned again for 3 to 4 more minutes. Transport it to a paper towel to drain and season it with salt.

In the meantime, arrange the burger buns with cut-side up and place it on the pan and toast it until lightly brown for about 1 to 2 minutes. Serve these burger patties on the bun and top it with ketchup sauce and spinach leaves. Serve it and enjoy!
