Tacos al pastor is one of the most appetizing and sublime Mexican dishes which is served with cilantro, pineapple, and sliced onion. Tips to Make a Tacos al pastor
- Instead of cooking pork in the pan, you can also grill it.
Cut the pork meat into very thin slices and keep it in the large bowl.
Also, slice the pineapples into wide spears and Cut the pineapple into a 2-inch-wide spear. About 1 cup of pineapple dice and the remaining spears on one side.
Add chopped onion in a blender with 1 cup of chopped pineapple. Also add orange juice,, chipotle, vinegar, red chili powder, garlic, parsley and salt into it and process until smooth. Your marinade is ready.
