1 Ib Lean Ground Turkey
1 Tbsp BreadcrumbsPlain dried
As per taste Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 Garlic clovesMinced
1 Green onionChopped
2 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
2 tsp Tomato sauce
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Milk
1/4 Cup ParsleyChopped
1/4 grated Cheese
10 Tomato slices
How to make Turkey Burger Recipe?
Turkey burgers are very lean compared to regular Hamburger, and the best alternative to beef. Although turkey is healthy, it can be dry and dull, so the key is to keep them moist. This juicy and flavorful turkey burger recipe is made by combining mayonnaise and ketchup and a little onion with mustard which keeps them awesomely juicy.
Tips to make Turkey Burger
- You can also grill the burgers patties and bun by placing them on the grill and cook it thoroughly.
- Grilling patties will take 4-5 minutes per side.
- Also, freeze patties for 10 minutes can stay in shape.
- You can even make patties in advance, and freeze it in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
Take a medium bowl and add the ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, parsley, green onions, salt, black pepper, and milk in it. Mix it well using a spoon so there should not be any lumps or break up the meat mixture to evenly blend.
Divide this mixture into 4 portions and give the shape of patties. Keep the thickness of each Patti approx. 1 inch.
Take a large, heavy-bottomed pan and preheat olive oil in it on medium flame. Add the turkey patties and cook it until it turns golden brown on the bottom. Flip the side of the patty once done and continue to cook on the other side as well. This procedure will take around 5-6 minutes. Once cooked, top each turkey Patti with tomato sauce and cheese. Cover the pan and let the til cheese melt.
Also, toast on the pan until light brown. Now its time to assemble the burger. For that, Layer mayonnaise evenly on the bottom of each bun and top it with tomato slices. Place cooked turkey patties and the top it lettuce leaves and cover it with the top bun.
