Special tips to make White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
- In case you are using salted butter in the recipe, then don’t add additional salt in the cookies dough.
- In order to make the dough firm, keep it in the refrigerator between the baches.
To start with, preheat oven to 35°F. And place two baking sheets on cookie parchment paper.
Take a small mixing bowl, and add flour, 1 tsp of baking soda and salt in it. Mix well and set it aside
Take another large-sized bowl, add butter and sugar in it. Beat both butter and sugar using hand or stand mixer for about 2 minutes. Combine whole egg and beat well until combined.
Now, carefully prepared flour mixture into the bowl and beat well until combined and make a smooth dough out of it. Combine white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts in dough and knead it properly until smooth to combine it well..
Roll prepared dough into 1 inch balls and press slightly from the center to form the shape of cookies.
