To begin with, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In the meanwhile, cut the ends of zucchini. Slice zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out all the pulp from the center while creating shells of about ½ inches.

Take a skillet and cook ground beef, zucchini pulp, onion, and garlic until brown and meat are no longer pink in color. Drain the fat if any. Add ½ cup pasta sauce, tomato, and bell pepper, mushroom, and Italian seasoning. Also, add ½ cup cheese, salt, and pepper in it and mix it well. Allow this mixture to simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the stove.
